I am looking for a procreation or pregnancy mod that allows me to use OSEX. as of now I use Fertility mod and use the inseminate spell but if there are better mods for this purpose I would love to know.

also, do you know more mods that work with OSEX? other than Ostim and Oromance.

If you are using OSex, most of what you are looking for will be OStim mods as that is effectively the future of OSex framework now. In that case, I'd also let you know about BBLS (Bathing Beauties (or Beefcakes) Luxury Suite (On the nexus).  It not only utilises OStim (in the more recent updates) but also adds some unique implementations to it and new Dialogue ways to initiate the system.

As for your first question I only really know that Fertility mode does it, I haven't used the other 2 major ones (Hentai Pregnancy and Beeing Female) for a long time and I know at least one of them hasn't been updated since before OStim really was a thing, I'm sure others know better than me. You can find links to both on LL though so it might be worth searching their support threads.

If using Fertility mode and especially with OStim, you probably already know, but no harm in saying, Fertility mode fixes and updates mod on nexus is worthwhile it really smooths out the mcm and everything, it also removes the need for some patches (or most if not all at this stage).  It's constantly being updated too and is compatible with fertility adventures you can find on LL.

Amorous adventures also has an OStim (or osex) version and sexlab solutions also does as well.  I can't remember but I think it's called OStim Solutions.  Both really add to the immersion factor of the framework now.  Which I gather is what you are looking for, as without anything that calls on the framework it's really still a sandbox at best.  There are also two other Ostim (O mods as I like to call them) on LL and the rest of course you'll find on the nexus.

I can provide links if you have trouble tracking any of them down but I figure you only need an idea of what is out there.  Hope this is somewhat helpful.   :)
