Body Morph (Milk-Mod, Fertility Mod) not updating

I have a little issue with body morphing, the morphs for breasts and belly won't update if they are suposed to by fertility mode or milkmod. However when I enter racemenu, the body changes immediately and stays that way when I exit racemenu. So generally speaking the morphs work but don't seem to update properly. Any ideas whats messed up? Thanks
