[SEARCH/REQUEST] Groping mod?

I did a quick search and it seems to be lacking in existing mods. How difficult would it be to simply add a hand animation (for a spell perhaps? I only installed this game for LL so plz excuse my lack of lore knowledge). I noticed that the CBBE 3BBB breast physics is triggered when you cast a "Slave Info" spell close to a female NPC. Is this a feasible mod technically speaking?

 

Edit: Just double checked in game - if you hold down the mouse button for the spell, it kinda attracts/moves very nearby objects, at least on 3BBB breast nodes, but the effect is pretty rudimentary.
