How to load Bodybuild Presets in the Character Creation and no image textures

I have loaded and built a body preset, but I am unable to load it during the character creation at the beginning of the game. Also the body that I built has just the no image textures all over the body, how do I get the textures for the built body and after that how do I load the body in-game.
