Deformed Face on Occult Race and Children

so i am wondering if somebody had the same problem and found a solution for it

i can fix it in cas when i select a new face but i have to do that for every outfit on that toon and the other problem is that i would have to do the same to all my children basically all NEW toons get this face IF they are part of some occult race

I have this same problem and according to the research I did, this is a CAS part in some of Sacrificial's mods, such as Torments and Life Tragedies. You can go into the folder and look for a Deformed Face.package

OMG that is a really scary face ?

If you cannot find the culprit you can use "sims 4 tray importer" to see all the mods and cc that are being used in a certain sim, and simply remove or update that cc or mod.
