Go in 3rd person view. Open the console (use the ` character to open it, if you have an US keyboard)

Select the actor (is it the player?)

Then type unequipall.

 

Check if you still have the problem of the arms.

 

If not: it is one armor creating the problem

If yes: you have to rebuild the body in bodyslide
