Character stumbles backwards and loses magicka and stamina every 30 seconds or so.

As stated in the title, my character keeps stumbling backwards while losing about a quarter of my stamina/magicka ever 30 seconds or so, seemingly at random. I've tried disabling a bunch of different mods but the issue continues to occur. Does anyone know which mod might be causing this? My mod list is attached below:

Check your bikini curse status for SL Survival

 

If you have the curse enabled it will drain your magica if you are not wearing proper bikini armor, or if you are wearing bikini armor and have the high heel option checked make sure the high heels are recognized as high heels or uncheck that option

 

But maybe it's something completely different I can't remember if that can also affect stamina

It's either from Devious Devices/cursed loot or from SL Survival, you can check Devious cursed loot first then the DDevices.

I remember SL Survival also has stagger effect but it doesn't drain stamina or mana afaik.
