i  know the image belongs to a pose, but im looking for a way or an decorative item that contains the body permanently

I don't know if this is what you wanted but it's a permanent decoration for sure.

 

The next tank is from kritical's Naughty Collection. It's not permanent but you can let your sim interactive with it or sleep in it for a long time
