Mod idea: Tag any pawn-race as rapey

I like mods that are more like simple universal tools, instead of complex solutions to singular problems. I thought about all the RJW mods that turn single races into hentai-beasts, complete with complex behaviors and stages specific to just that one race.

 

So i thought: Why make it so complicated? I know rimworld and RJW uses priorities and probabilities for all kinds of things. So, wouldn't it be possible to create a mod that simply gives you a settings menu with a list or races, where you can tweak how aggressive and rapey each race is? This way you could for example make some races try to rape on sight, and only revert to combat if attacked (i think that's called "manhunterchance" or something similiar).

Well, there are mods to make certain jobs have higher priority. I can't see why you wouldn't be able to retrofit one of those to make sex a higher priority.
