New and struggling

Alright. So the title already tells you a bit of my position. I am trying to use the AAF system to get at least a few basic sex mods running. Issue is I think the MCM isn't playing nice with it. I am not sure since I haven't seen the AAF interface. Another issue I may be having is that I am very new to this so instructions kind of fly over my head. I had Sex Em Up earlier on my MCM but when ever i initiated it, nothing would happen. Dialogue was there but no animations and the ability to activate it again was gone. If anyone can give me a list that would work well with MCM, that would be great. Again, no clue what I'm doing so may need to talk to me as if I'm a child. Thanks.
