Schlongs of skyrim error

I can cast erection onto NPCs but every time I cast the erection spell on myself the game crashes

Make sure you have installed the latest version of XMPSE and nothing else is overwriting the male/female skeleton from it.  Assuming you aren't using some custom race for the player.
