[REQ] Can someone convert make the Nighthawk TBBP armor Bodyslide compatible?

I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to mesh editing, and don't know what the hell I'm doing when trying to convert this armor for use with CB++. Odds are I'm not going to get anywhere by myself, so could someone help me out?

 

I'd like to be able to edit this armor via CB++, but obviously it's not configured for it.

The armor already has TBBP built-in, but what I want is to reduce the sagging breasts of the armor (i.e. via the push-up feature of CB++).

 

I've already tried using Blender and tried to make it CB++ compatible myself, but failed miserably. So can someone help me out?
