shugobutt Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 so after a couple of days of learning to mod, and successfully installing SOS and some npc overhaul mods, i decided to install some revealing armor mods for my pc guy. i installed SOS revealing armor i ran into a problem that theres a hole in the crotch of the armor. but everything works fine when hes nude. so i fiddled around some more, i converted the file for se using nif optimizer and the creation kit. and still no dice. so i went ahead and installed this addon to see if it would work because i thought maybe my himbo mods we interfering https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/48673 still no dice. ive played around with my load order, putting himbo before and after SOS, or revealing armors before and after, and even to the bottom but still no go. the only other thing i can think of is that my tempered skins for males might be somehow interfering, but even disabling it doesnt appear to help.(but maybe its because i have to start a new save file?) i also read this on the SOS revealing armor posts: " A "fix" & an explanation of why it happens. Wrye Bash, Merged Patch, Smashed patch and zEdit patch all fail to forward KYWD "SOS_Revealing" and so you see the "hole in the crotch" instead. {"SOS_Revealing" required by SOS/SOS Lite to display Schlong} Fix: Load order, make patch of your choice, but load this and other "revealing armors" AFTER the patch. Better fix, use LOOT's Edit Metadata to "Load After . . ." {filename of patch, i.e. Bashed Patch, 0.esp} If you don't have a patch & still have "hole in the crotch" syndrome, load the plugin as close to dead last as possible. " i didnt quite understand the fix and what it meant by "patch" im assuming its when the customize window pops up when i load up a mod and asks me if i wanna install this or that, before its actually put into the MO2. (in which case i have done that, but maybe i didnt do it right) ive spent the pas2 days trying to solve this issue heres my modwatch list, https://modwat.ch/u/shugobutt/plugins
