Looking for a mod I used once

Alright so the description here is going to be extremely vague but all I remember is that you are enslaved and some quests involving windhelm. There was a filling buckets with water from the water across windhelm bridge and then there was these coins which were given to slaves and 10 of those coins would give you 1 normal coin or something like that. Anyone has any idea what mod this can be? Thank you.
