I was having this problem then turned off the CBBE knee fix. seems to have solved the issue so far

installed a Nanako skeleton fix (to fix the insane head issue, once I figured out what was causing it) and suddenly male genitals are doing the ghost float

 

 

 

since I'm using MO2 you'd think entirely removing the nanako mods would revert that issue, but no

 

let me repeat that

 

in MO2, I installed the nanako skeleton fix to correct the tiny head issue, which caused floating dicks

 

ENTIRELY REMOVING all nanako mods did not remove the floating dicks

 

I changed NOTHING ELSE in my load order

 

I've tried every "fix" for it in this thread and none of them are working
