help with items

hi folks.. long time reader first time poster...

 

i am looking to create/find a mod that will allow me to put sex spells (e.g. from Animated prostitution) onto items so that a passing npc will have sex/do rude things without any intervention from the player or player character..

 

basicall i want to make an 'orgy den' in the forgotten burrow section of 'lakeview overhaul' so that the npc's in the burrow will use the items (rugs, chairs, whatever) as the sandbox...

 

any help or direction would be much appreciated..

it's a steep learning curve dropping into the CK on such a tall order...
