So I've come across this: But it's only text. If you appoint for example your wife as the palace slut, it does nothing aside from giving her the lustful trait (useful for when you're a eunuch and want to convince her to cuck you in order to get a heir. Anything similar but with some of that sweet CK action? I know the author of this mod tells us to use our imagination but still....
