Mod request or help-to-find

I have some questions about whether certain mods exist. I think either they don't, or they have recently been made viable without my knowledge:

 

Any mods that let you be a flirt to increase relationship rank, without necessarily leading to sex? I think maybe one or two mods attempt this, but I don't know if they currently work.

 

Sort of stemming from that, are there any mod that cause attracted NPC's to have crushes on the character? I don't know how detailed that mods like Approach or SexLife have gotten on this lately, but I'm thinking about something other than simple approach here, such as improved prices.
