First person wrist seam and textures not matching

Hi! I'm pretty new to modding and while I was able to troubleshoot and figure out most problems I've had after recently getting into and successfully modding fallout 4, I've recently noticed an issue with the first person arms and hands not matching in color and having a seam. I've tried to look for solutions and tried to troubleshoot it myself but I'm honestly stumped. I was wondering if anyone else knew what was causing it and how to fix it. Thanks in advanced!
