creating custom face NPC with 64Bit CK via MO2

It's been driving me mad since most tuts are old, and CK updates are causing issues unless you know exactly what it wants.

 

For personal reference and as a friendly PSA for anyone struggling, here's a concise tut.

 

1. create face in racemenu (assuming you have the chargen plugin also)
2. save character
3. console command: "spf somefilenameyoulike"
4. quit game
5. open CK
6. copy an NPC of the same race and gender
   1. remove all scripts
   2. remove all AI packages
   3. import NPC file in character gens tab
7. save base form
8. place npc into worldspace (interior or exterior // this is very important to do
9. select NPC in object window under the Actor/Actor tree //this is very important too, do not select it in a deeper path, must be actor/actor
10. Ensure npc is highlighted, then press ctrl+F4
11. Find exported nif and dds files in your overwrite folder
