(Skyrim SE) Can't Select Player During Animations

EDIT: Okay Tried disabling each mod and it did nothing. I wipe my character and make a new one to test the new load order each time. The problem is still... Press N to select actor. The notification says it selected the NPC but I can only move the Player. I can't even imagine what sort of mod could affect it this way.

 

I don't want to waste time going through one by one when someone here might be able to just point out the problem from a short list. I myself can't tell what mod could be the problem so hopefully someone who knows more about any of these mods can tell me. Minus armour and weapons because that shouldn't be a problem to begin with.

Now outside of Nexus all I did was update fill her up. The only thing I thought could be an issue was maybe npc ai process but disabling it did nothing and serana shouldn't be an issue since it has to do with that npc only.

 

I did check the console command during animations (Thinking after pressing the keybind to select actor it would display something there but it didn't) and this stood out to me the most but maybe it's nothing...

 

1. NOTICE: ValidateActor(Prisoner) -- FALSE -- They appear to already be animating

 

Not sure why that showed up but yeah I am lost, any help would be great. If none of these are the issue then this is going to be a pain...
