[Request] More Passives Enchantment on Weapons

as title, are there any mods that gives more passive enchantment on weapons? can't seem to find a lot of enchantment mods other than those who enable the armor/weapons enchantment limitation

 

by passive it means it won't require charges, such as those on silver weapons 'Deal more damage to undead etc', kinda like to see a mod that might 'Deal more damage to dragons' or 'Deal more damage to flyers', etc.
