How do I get rid of these shadow strips? I only see them on close-ups.

Your post leaves much to guess so i just guess what your prob is without explaining (lazy question, lazy answer).

Disable ActorSelfShadow in skyrim inis

Sorry I guess it's not as apparent in the screenshot. Here's a better one.

I've tried using multiple ENBs including Rudy and they all present the same issues; only when I turned off "detailed shadow" it becomes less apparent. Is there a way we can tweak this parameter? All my shadow quality on the ENB settings are set to very high.

Disregard, I've fixed the issue. Set iBlurDeferredShadowMask=8 for those wondering.

Then i guessed right. Disabling actorselfshadow will remove the problem but also the entire shadow.  I have it disabled too because it only made problems. Same for complexfilter in enb: Only problems, disable it.

So i dont know how to fix. Only to disable the function that does it

Oh yeah i remember that setting. But you can only set it high if you have big shadow resolution, but from the pix you have high res. Only downside is FPS
