Gotta catch em all

Hi all, I'm stuck on the Sexout "Gotta catch em all" questline with the Ranger Ghost and not having the option to chloroform her. I know to solve this I should 'set stage' but how do I actually do this?

 

I believe I need the quest id  for "gotta catch them all" as well as the current stage of the mission.

 

Does anyone know what I'd need to type into console command to accomplish this? Or could I be pointed to where I can understand this better? Thank you! 

 

EDIT:: I actually just solved my issue and wanted to share in case anyone has same problem.

 

Using Smallertalk while sneaking and then pickpocketing without taking anything and exiting Ghosts inventory brought up the smallertalk dialog as well as the chloroform that was previously not an option.
