Asking for not heavy scripted encounter mods (afraid of errors/CTDs)

Too scared of CTDs so I moved from LE to SSE. Here is what I'm trying to do:

(1) Encounter mods:

(A) Mods that add scary monsters, assassins random appear at anytime, any places so they can jump out of the night from nowhere attacking my groups. Not just located at some specific places

(B) Wars, everyone fighting each other: draculas, redguards, dawnguards,Empire,Thalmor,Bandits,Stormcloak,Bone Walkers,Monsters, v..v... (excluding dragons). Everyone can use different kind of fighting styles including magics, not just Stormcloak vs Empire using melee waepons + bows.

(C) Encounters everywhere, including normal traveling NPcs(might come with quests)....

(2) Enviroment:

(A) I like it look beautiful at day like Final Fantasy,etc.., but very dark & scary at night which give chances for monsters, assassins make a suprise attack. Enviroment is very dark, but light from torches are bright, which make torches are must have items while traveling at night.

(B) Fogs. Not cover all over to the skies. I prefer that fogs stay below charater knees. Sth might like tihs : https://youtu.be/WRDQ3DjXZa4?t=153

(C) Add trees, grasses. Turn the whole skyrim in forest(important). Mods that add trees to some places that have no tree before like around Whiterun, v..v... And turn them into forrest.

(3) Survival: there are alot of these mods out there but I don't know which one is heavy scripted or not.

(4) Combat: to increase the intense of the fights

that is all that I can think of right now, If you have other ideas. I'm glad to hear it. Thank you reading

A man in dread of collapse of the notional world do not tocheth third-party alterations.

1) Every encounter mods is script heavy in a way or another, but I can suggest you to use aftermath mods like Defeat with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5017 population increase mods.

2) You can use Rudy ENB SE for Catherdral Weathers with all the instruction and suggestion it comes with. Really like this combo made by Rudy, kinda fits your description, so, check it out. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/39113

3) Can't help, I only use iNeed with simplified settings. I don't like when game of needs becomes a chore.

4) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2824 - Smilodon is really good combat mod, I use it with heavy duty pack of SkySa, CGO, AGO, but you can try it without it.

Every encounter mods is script heavy

Wrong. Encounters are AI heavy by definition, not script heavy unless dev makes it complicated (many do).

Light mods for encounters:

+ Adventurers and travellers. Fully configurable how many wandering npcs you want. Minimal scripts, all handled by engine

+ Extended Encounters. Adds no new encounters but allows vanilla encounters to happen more than once. Fully configurable

+ Immersive Encounters. Random surprise events. Fully configurable

Also if you just want more stuff on worldmap, look for more banditcamps mod

EDIT: And for more random quests without bloat, search for Missives mod

(4) Combat: to increase the intense of the fights

There are no light mods for those. Only bad, worse and horrible.

Lightest survival mod is iNeed. It just adds hunger, thirst and sleep. I propose turn off follower and horse stuff to avoid conflicts with ai packages.  But you need time to tweak settings (hunger rate and so on) until the balance is good.

Question 4 is lazy and unclear. What do you mean increase intense of fights? Difficulty or eyecandy? For eyecandy there again is no light and safe option. They are all bloated and like to crash. However i have used Violens (killmove mod) and Maximum Carnage (decap, gore and spellfx) for 100+ hours with no crashes. For Max Carnage i disabled spell effects because its buggy with essentials (they stay burned/shocked after get up, eek)
