I am looking for a levitation and combat mod Like dragonpriest (Skyrim SE)

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a mod that allows me to fight as a dragon priest, vampire lord or flame Atronach wenn I use spell. I tried to search around but i didn't find anything working, unfortunately I don't have the necessary knowledge to be able to create this mod on my own, could someone help me? 
I think just copy the animations of a dragon priest, idle, moving around and fight while using staff and/or magic.

 

PS: I'm not looking for a mod that makes me fly with magic or wings(like this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/14576 or https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18347) , just levitate like a dragon priest, no cost in magic or stamina (like this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71391 but this one don't work for SE)
