My TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package is not showing up Under Custom Content at Game Startup

Ive been installing and deleting the wickedwhims folders all night last night just because the TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package is not showing up..... it is properly installed but I don’t know what’s the problem

WickedWhims option isn’t showing.

 

I’m continuously getting more than 200 wall notifications within literally seconds.

 

The WW folder isn’t deep in
