Req for help with my hunting/survival mods

I have had limited luck making my own Items in skyrim (applying custom textures to meshes, just not getting the normal maps figured out). I play alot of hunting, survival, and realism mods.  I am fine with the CK in terms of making items upgradable, crafting recipes, that kind of thing, so in some cases just help with texture replacement on meshes would be sufficient. Other requests would require coding, something I have no experience with.  These are my my dream mod requests. (I have made some personal mods allowing me to craft and upgrade forsworn armor/weapons, and some basic new items such as mammoth tusk arrows, stone arrows, that sort of thing). If you have any interest in the following and would be willing to help that would be amazing.

1. Animal pelts.  Yep, simple as that. I tried to make one for rabbits by resizing the goat pelt but my texture looks awful ingame (I already added them to the rabbits, that part works fine). I know is has something to do with the normal map jazz but I cant figure it out for the life of me. I dont have photoshop, just gimp.  I want pelts for rabbits and skeevers.

2. Fur clothing.  I want some more fur clothing options, made out of the rabbit, skeever, and mammoth wool textures.  Again, I have messed around here but I cannot get them to look good in game, they are always super shiny and different.  Working with textures in Skyrim is very different from when I modded in Morrowind (so much simpler then). I am after basic clothing, loincloths, that sort of thing, for males and females. (examples would be forsworn clothing, huntress armor, some of the variants for bandit armor that are retextured, perhaps even some robes in wolf skin or mammoth wool).

3. Eating/Drinking.  There are some pretty cool eating and drinking mods, but most are super complicated. I want an eating mod that simply looks at how much the food item weighs in my inventory when determining how much it reduces my hunger.  That way even food from mods can be used. (The game checks, is it food? If so, how much does it weigh, great, reduce by that amount). It drives me a bit crazy when venison reduces my hunger and eating wolf meat heals one point of health instead.

5. Simple weapons. I want some simple weapons.  A spear that is just a sharp stick. A dagger made from sharpened bone or antlers.  Stone weapons (think the ancient nordic weapons in Morrowind from the bloodmoon expansion). I have already picked up the forsworn club and yari from mods.

6. A spell that simulates throwing rocks.  Basically then I can change the hp on animals like rabbits and chickens so I can throw a rock and kill them in one shot (but have little impact on larger creatures). I would like this to be a staring spell.

7. Hunting tweak.  I would love it animals were slowed down when they are hit by a bow or crossbow. I dont use crosshairs to make hunting more challenging.  If I miss that first shot, well, then they get away, but I hate it when I shoot something in the head or neck and it promptly prances away because I dont have enough damage to one shot it yet.  I would like a hit from a ranged weapon to slow down an animal, maybe reduce their speed by 50% for 3 seconds or something, enough time for me to get off a second shot. If I miss that then they deserve to get away.  (I am trying to work within the existing game mechanics. When I hunt and I shoot an animal they often run away for 30 seconds at full speed, until they bleed out from wound to the lung or whatever. Skyrim does not have specific body part damage modifiers so this is my work around.)

I am happy to do some of the CK work on these mods. I just need help with meshes, textures, and coding. (all of which I realize take a great deal of skill, skill I don't have).

I appreciate any consideration on these and am very grateful for the many mods that have made playing skyrim infinitely more enjoyable.
