Miscellaneous Colors missing on create

Hi everyone.  I'm new here and havent gotten into The Sims and Mods since the original game.  I installed a few skins, Whims, and some animations and now the miscellaneous colors are missing in my create a Sim portion of the game.  Is there a fix or any idea why they are missing?  Thanks
