BHUNP 3BBB SMP and SOS collisions fail to work on LE

I built the Advance Ver 2 3BBB Body Along with SMP Collision Armor for Player, I downloaded Bakas HDT-SMP Settings for SMP which included SOS stuff. Also i use BHUNP Version 2.21

 

I did try the SOS Collision patch and gave me the same result so im not sure what to do anymore.

This is what happens basically. It reacts but doesn't open.

No one seems to know elsewhere why.
