Tried to go on the guy blog? I believe he made a full list of mods he was using, I didint kept the link but I think there is a thread here something like Loli world.

 

As for bllod splashing, enhanced blood textures is working grfeat for me, there is also a dismembering mod somewhere on the Nexus.
