03368020 Posted May 27, 2021 Posted May 27, 2021 Hi, its been a long time since I last made animations for one character in skyrim. I won't even be able to get my old setup together since some tools don't even exist in that version anymore. I would like to get back into making mods and animations. This time with blender. And even though I find many tutorials for making animations today I cant manage to find a tutorial for creating animations with one character and an animated object. Will I need two seperated animations for that and how do i get the mesh of the animated object into the scene? Concrete example would be the Furo Tub from Oblivion or the remade of the animation from for example Billyy: https://gfycat.com/faintdarkamericanindianhorse I would highly appreciate if someone does know a valuable tutorial on this and would share it ?
03368020 Posted May 29, 2021 Author Posted May 29, 2021 Looks like this is done with Animation Objects (AnimObject). Which are a separate category in the CK and also use meshes in .nif files. However I am quite confused how you work with AnimObjects and how you create them. And the CK Wiki is not of much help as it seems. Does anyone has a good tutorial on these?
