I need some help

I'm trying to mod Doaxvv and I'm having difficulties. I have the mod manager in the root files of the game, but I can't find the game when I open the mod manager in steam. Can someone please help me out?

The Mod manager don't have to be in the game folder (I have it on another HDD). 

The path to the game should be like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DOAX-VenusVacation\Mods

the first time the manager is started, it asks for it
