BodyTalk3 Compatible Textures?

Are there any texture replacers that work with BodyTalk3? Don't really care for the default ones but none of the textures I've seen state that they work with it.

I use this one and looks good for me, but don't know what kind of texture you are looking

Thanks! I'll give it a try. You use any specific face textures with it or just the vanilla?
