New install after years away, where do I start?

It's been a while, a lot has changed, and I don't want to go back to the janky system of test cells and laser rifles to trigger animations if I don't have to. I've got the female bodies set, I have AAF from nexus assuming the one here is the same, I think I can get male bodies set up, which mods should I get for animations and how they appear in the game's world? By this site's standards I just want the bare-bones basics.

 here you can find everything, you can use it to just set-up bare-bones basics or more, I used when I started with F4 adult stuff and it worked great
