Kateish Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Can anyone help me make a quick re-texture for this armour from Remodeled Armor CBBEv3M?All I'm trying to do is create a matte leather 'catsuit' replacing the exposed skin, I know how to do this via changing BSShaderTextureSet properties in Nifskope.My problem is creating a new texture... Anything I create just comes out awfully shiny and PVC looking... I've been reading a bunch of tutorials and help forums, etc etc, but I can't seem to get anything to work and I'm at my wit's end.Can any talented forum goer kindly whip me up a quick texture for this? Looking for greyish leather to match the other pieces of armour or maybe even black.Thanks!

You need to copy the BSShaderLightingProperty from the original armor, to the new mesh you're exporting from Nifskope. Effectively open the original mesh in one Nifskope window, find the BSShaderLightingProperty in the ninode list, copy it from there, and then open your conversion in a new instance of Nikskope, and paste the BSShaderLightingProperty into the tree. Also remember to change the numerical order so it ends up under the right ninode listing and it doesn't just stay pasted at the bottom of the tree. So its not really the texture thats the problem.
