More Nasty Critters causing CTD when entering Bleak Falls Barrow and Helgen Cave

So i've been running the Alt start mod, once I make my way into Helgen i go into the cave outside of the town, upon entering the game crashes. Skipping the cave and going straight into Riverwood I start the quest to go into Bleak Falls Barrow which is also tied to a main questline and it also crashes when i go deeper into the dungeon after killing the two bandits. 
I ran LOOT already and that didn't seem to work ?

I figured it out, it was More Nasty Creatures causing the CTDs
