mod to return the old skin tone system or to remove the slider and replace by pre-made skin?

i dislike the new slider of the update. is there a mod to replace it with pre-selected skin tones?

I'm confused as to what you mean? I get this was ten days ago, but you don't have to use the new slider for the skin tones, you can just pick from the swatches and not ever touch the slider. Additionally, all the old skin tones are included (check the "warm" section), so you don't even have to use the new ones. If you're looking for more skintones there are loads of mods that do that, like Berry Sims, the much-beloved Melanin Pack, etc. If you look up "ts4 skintone cc" you'll find loads.
