Console commands

Hello, everyone. 

 

I need some help with console. In ArmA 3 there is a command "attachto" that attaches one object to another (More details) by relative coordinates. Can I find something like that in Fallout 4? Because "setpos" / "modpos" is hard to use in my case. Google search didn't give me any useful information.
