[Request] Bijin NPC's Rikke Civil War Fix

[Caravan Enforcer]

Legate Rikke has 3 NPC versions, and Bijin replaces 2 out of 3. The civil war version (the one that shows up in the battle for Whiterun, etc.) was never replaced.

If someone does take this up, it'd be appreciated if you can make two versions, non-wrinkled (what I use) or wrinkled.
