My Character isn't posing correctly

I've been trying to fix my fnis so that it interfaces with Devious Devices but I feel like I am hitting a brick wall with my attemps, for some reason when I am in an arm binder my character is stuck tposing when I am not moving and has the default animation here is my load order:
