Office Mod??

I wanted to ask if there's mod to run office just the way we can buy retail? If not, perhaps some modder would be willing to create such thing? All I'd wished to get is to be able buy office and hire few workers which would do some office stuff at work, there could be random income and of course salary to pay to the workers. Wish it was in game thing coming with GTW pack tho all we got was retail
