Wrathofomega666 Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 idk if you're still looking but here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631 Looks menu +deluxe makeup (i think that you need DM but i don't remember for sure but LM is a definite must) while in Char creation find the make up tab and go to lipstick and hit c i think and then make it 100% black or whatever color you may choose. same thing goes for the other make up options like eyeliner/shadow
