COTR Skeleton Issue?

I rarely post in the help section but I'm having a strange issue.I can use vanilla and other custom race without issues.I tried changing from 3b to cbbe HDT and my COTR character looks like this.I have the required mods for COTR .WTF am I doing wrong?Probably something stupid.LOL Edit:This is the SSE version.Sorry if I posted in wrong forum.

Did you try to move the sliders in racemenu? Do you apply the body in bodyslide? in any case, you may need to reinstall your body mod or xp32.
