Question about a sims 4 mod that is compadable with WW

I have found a sims 4 mod called futanari penis by noir and dark sims being added ato the accessories, does anyone know if the creator made it so other npc sims don't auto wear it (disallow for random sims) or whatever?

Hey, I don't know whether or not they've disallowed it for random, but for future reference you can open most CAS items in the Sims 4 Studio and allow/disallow them for random/ various supernaturals as you see fit. Very useful especially for older CC. Hope you find what you're looking for.
