Best way to have a lot of specific Sims on the lot for WW?

Hey everyone, I was wondering what you all usually do to get Sims on your lot over the 8 household limit. I use a lot of gallery sims, and you can't place them in the current household if you have more than 8, even with MCCC settings set to more than 8. 

 

Basically, I'm looking for a way to quickly (making a new household or deleting Sims takes a lot of time and involves loading screens and such and MCCC's summon is a bit slow as well) to add specific Sims to my property. Don't care if they're household or guests, I just need them to get there instantly or very fast - just want more than 8 at a time for wicked whims.

 

Control any sims works pretty well too, but it's buggy and involves creating multiple households to get over the 8 limit. I can't seem to find a way to just instantly place a particular Sim on the current lot.

IIRC, there is a mod you can get from ModTheSims that allows you to create an event with a damn near infinite size, for an infinite duration, as well as invite other Sims that you have never met.  I have conducted Sim Sex Parties using this and strategically placed items and "allowed/not allowed" signs
