is there any standalone/Steam Cracked version out there? i am new in this and i want to play this game on my PC but I don't live in Japan. it will be appreciated if someone shares something with me.

Do u have steam and steam is free and all the mod in here is still eligible for steam version  or u can just directly download from website while open VPN.

thank you but i have tried the steam version but after downloading it doesnt start and everythime i tries to open it a window came up an close from it self. are there any solution for that

You should try changing the system locale:
