There are 2 or 3 topless costumes in each zip file. "copy to Layer2" I was having fun fighting with these girls and wanted to share... I am not the original creator, but I used the costumes with other characters.  You may be able to use these costumes with more fighters by copying and pasting the folder, rename it, and edit the ini file, change the slot =...
