city and town beautificatoin request

Ok, ages ago I had this mod that made all the towns look pretty, more floral, flowers trees etc, it really spruced up the places.

 

I think it did every place cept winterhold, anyway I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the mod or where to find it.

 

I know the saem author did all of them so if anyone knows any mods all done by the same dude that enhances all of the towns and cities then pleease let me know, I desperatly want it.
