Erotic/adult game question

Hello, 

I would like to know if there are games out there that have adult content, allow you to create female character with a nice creator, and features M x F action (and not just girl on girl.) ?

Largely prefered with fantasy setting.

That's a very simple set of conditions.  The answer to your question is yes, such games exist.  That said, you've cast a very wide net and I'm not really sure what you're looking for beyond those exact requirements.  Are trying to find a specific game, or a game of a certain genre or style or something?

 

Any of the games this website is primarily built around fit all those criteria when you add their respective mods.  In this very forum is LifePlay, which is made by a user/content creator of this site for the purpose of being a life simulator with adult content, containing all the stuff you mentioned and no modding required.  People around here can help you find things but you might need to be a little more specific just what you're hoping to find.

I realize I forgot to say, fantasy setting !  And one that would come like this, without mods, though OFC I can always do that, install mods, but as there are more and more erotic games with futa and what not (Carnal Instinct, Breeders of the Nephylim) I thought maybe there would be ones at least partially more inclined to straight female player (but that still love playing attractive female character.)
